Due to the consumable and hygienic nature of vape products, our return and refund policy follows strict guidelines to ensure safety, fairness, and product integrity.

Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Disposable Vapes & Pod Systems Policy

For hygiene and safety reasons:

  • No standard warranty applies to disposable vapes or pre-filled pods
  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted under specific conditions

2. Eligible Return & Exchange Cases

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • You received an incorrect vape product
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

3. Faulty or Defective Vape Products

If your vape device is faulty upon delivery:

  • Contact our support team within 3 days of receiving your order
  • Provide clear photos or videos for verification
  • Reach us via WhatsApp or Telegram

✅ Once confirmed:

  • A replacement product will be issued
  • No refunds (exchange only policy)
  • A $20 delivery fee applies (waived if combined with your next order)

⚠️ Products that have been used, tampered with, or disposed of are not eligible.

4. Wrong Item or Change of Mind

If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind:

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Opened disposable vapes, pods, or e-liquids are not eligible
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped, but returns can be arranged after delivery.

For immediate exchange (not combined with next order):

  • A $20 delivery fee will apply

  • Maximum of 3 items per exchange request
